RETURN POLICY

At Worthy Cowgirl, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND STORE CREDIT

If you receive an item that does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items eligible for exchange or store credit must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• In the same condition in which they were received

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when requesting an exchange or store credit due to sizing, preference, or other non-defect-related reasons.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Worthy Cowgirl will issue store credit or ship the approved replacement item.

Refunds are not provided for sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preference.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue.

If the item is determined to be defective, damaged during fulfillment, or incorrectly shipped, Worthy Cowgirl will provide a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method at no additional cost to the customer.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of our products. Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery will be reviewed for replacement or refund.

Normal wear and tear, improper care, accidental damage, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Digital products or downloadable content

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
